    Pros +

    • The room was spacious, and the walk-in shower was nice.
    • The room was equipped nicely, and the set of body lotions and shower gels may provide a nice relaxation after a long journey. The breakfast provided in the room was somehow fancy. The slippers are provided, and the size is appropriate even for a person 6' tall. The lobby and corridors looked nice. The train station is nearby, and one can also enjoy quite easy access to the bridge providing a nice view of the illuminated city center at night.
    • The bed was comfy. Connection to kyoto is really good.

    Cons -

    • room was not properly cleaned, non-smoking room smelled like smoke constantly, hotel staff refused to help make a reservation
    • One has to be aware, that the hotel is inclined into the profile of an "adult hotel". It was a surprise for me, however, I had no problem with that. But you may feel not quite comfortable staying there with your family/kids, once they start asking questions about certain sounds and equipment they may notice. Therefore you also can't expect to enjoy any window view. The bathrooms are very tiny, and the cleaning issues could be noticed there quite easily. One has to be aware that once you decide to make some tea in your room, next to the equipment, there are no tea bags provided.
    • This is a love hotel, there was a vibrator right behind my bed, i did not enjoy sleeping head to that lol. The location is quire bad and if you spend time drinking in namba etc its impossible to get back.

The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable and I liked the proximity to the underground transportation.

Upon arrival, I was asked to pay immediately, and the receptionist, a lady, would only accept cash, which I found odd. Fortunately, I happened to have enough cash on hand. Since it was late and I was tired, I forgot to request a receipt, and none was offered at any point during my stay. When I later extended my stay, I was again asked to pay upfront, but this time, another receptionist accepted my credit card.

Really helpful staff and big room! Very clean, excellent location and big free car park, very rare for Osaka!

Nothing to complain about at all!

    clean,rooms are pleasant

no service in the room for the entire stay

Location is about 15 min by bus from Osaka station so ok

Very small roomWindow facing a wall so they use a glass which is not transparent so you don’t see it. Curtains were connected at the top so you can not open them to let light to the roomBreakfast is served to the room where you don’t even have enough space to eat it (I was one so I don’t want to know how people do it with 2 in this room)

The foyer looked really luxurious. It was right across from the convenience store.

There was mould on the vanity, the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty, the quilt cover had not been changed from the previous guests, it looked used. Under the bed was not clean either.

They where so friendly and nice, I lost my bank card and couldn’t pay for the first day and they let me stay for free until I got my bank card back. Saves my trip and was so fun

    All was good

Pretty lacklustre for japan's atandards but its food vakue for money nonethless. Also pne of the few places that pfders frwe paeking if you have a car. Not so great if you're publicly commuting in and out of osaka.

    The bathroom and toilet.

spacious bathroom, comfortable bed…. wonderful staff

that I could not stay longer, but that wasn’t their fault!

    8DianaPosted on: 4-3-2023

Clean and had all the needed amenities in the room, even the hand massager! Lawson store just around the corner.

Small room and super small toilet and shower, but for one person was okay.

    5JonathanPosted on: 3-19-2023

very small room and shower but comfortable

sizing of the room, no English speaking staff

    7PhitchayetPosted on: 3-19-2023

Close to the train station. The price is cheap. The staff is nice and very supportive

Unexpectedly the hotel to be kind of an adult hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet part of Juso which is just over the water from Umeda and I walked this a few times which was really nice. The hotel staff were always very friendly and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel both inside and outside of the room was excellent. The room was a typical Japanese business hotel style room with a nice double bed and the bathroom was a typical Japanese small bath and toilet affair, which was fine for me travelling alone. I'm pretty sure that the room cost about 3000JPY per night which was definitely great value for money. From looking at the information book in the room, I saw that Hotel Fine Garden is actually a chain and has locations across Osaka and Japan, so I will definitely look at staying in one of their hotels again!

Wifi connection wasn't great when I was there and there were a number of different networks, so it was confusing which one to connect to. Perhaps the hotel could arrange a new WiFi instruction card both in Japanese and English? When I booked, Booking.com said I had breakfast included, however this particular Fine Garden Hotel didn't offer breakfast which I only learned when I arrived, although I don't think I actually paid any more for the breakfast option that I selected on Booking.com.

Spa Bath good- can get anywhere though

Room did not have karaoke or Nintendo Wii as advertised. Asked staff and did not have any availability.

    9AliyaPosted on: 10-11-2022

It was a very nice stay. Everything was very clean, except the ground a little bit and I made it clean myself (but really just a little bit). The location is good, the bed was very comfortable, the room too. The furniture was very modern, there was a kettle and a fridge inside the room, also there were cups for tee or coffee. Microwave was on the floor, very clean and very cosy. The bathroom was extremely clean. All hygienic articles were included for free, the stuff was great. I could leave my luggage and it was such a great stay in Osaka. If I will come back, I will surely book it one more time. Very inexpensive, but very fine, clean, comfortable, cosy, modern hotel. Thank you very much for everything, Aliya

    Everything was fine!

It's a small, simple, clean room that's good for staying the night. Great cost performance. It's about a 10 minutes walk from the station with lots of small food stores and convenience stores, so somewhat convenient.

The air conditioner was a bit weak so it took a while to cool the room. The hotel is basically a love hotel as well, so not really good for family stays. There's no Wii console in the room, despite what it says in the description.

    4LeboPosted on: 4-4-2022

It's just okay to stay a night. Nothing great about it.

The cleanliness was not good at all. I found hairs in my bathtub, and the bathroom's basin had some green residue as well.
